Glenn Tingle
Glenn Tingle, 46, of Sprowston, works as a senior engineer and contracts manager for a construction company and was involved in building the Chapelfield and Castle Mall shopping centres in Norwich.
He served in Northern Ireland as a medic in the Royal Army Medical Corps. In his spare time he runs marathons to raise funds for local charities.
