Warborough Parish Councillor. Oxfordshire County Councilor for Dorchester from February 2004 to 2005, and for Dorchester and Berinsfield division since 2005. Cabinet member for Change Management on Oxfordshire County Council.

52 years old, married to Allison, they have three teenage children. Awarded the OBE for services to export in Eastern Europe, New Year's Honours 2000.
