is a former left-wing member of Labour's national executive but left to joined
the Scottish Socialist Alliance. She contested Paisley South at the 1997
In 2006 she announced that she would be standing down for personal reasons. She is currently a joint-leader of the SSP.
The main themes of her campaign were:
Stop the gravy train for greedy politicians.
Bring the troops home from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Rid Scotland of nuclear weapons.
