Jasdev Singh Rai
Dr Rai, 54, is director of the Sikh Human Rights Group based in Southall. He works as an ENT doctor at the Medway Maritime Hospital.
Participated in the World conference of Human Rights, Racism and Sustainable Development. He has written academic papers on Diversity, The Iraq War, Terrorism and community Cohesion.
The main themes of his campaign were:
We need an inclusive society that celebrates its various cultures.
We need an MP who will represent the people and not their own interests.
I would put your interests first and put your grievances to those responsible.
